Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll arrange a suitable resolution and cover any appropriate return costs.
